Couples Therapy that calms & heals
Do your conversations turn into the same argument over and over again?
Does one of you pull away while the other feels desperate to connect?
Have you been wondering where the closeness, trust, or intimacy went?
If any of this feels familiar, you're not alone. When a couple develops patterns that once made sense but now leave both partners feeling disconnected, unheard, or misunderstood Katie Rose, LCSW is able to help.
As an Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT), I help couples move beyond blame and conflict to understand what's happening beneath the surface and reshape their conflict patterns. EFT is an evidence-based approach using attachment science and neurobiology to help partners rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and create more secure, resilient relationships.
My role is not to determine who's right or wrong. I help you understand that these behaviors are often attempts to protect yourself, reach for connection, or restore a sense of safety, even when they don't have the desired effect. Together, we'll slow these moments down, uncover what each partner is truly trying to communicate, and create new ways of responding that foster closeness instead of conflict.
I Help Couples Navigate:
